Core Values

    • Value Leadership

Self-Leadership before Group Leadership is critical. This is answering to your higher self with high actions.

If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.
      John Quincy Adams

There are three essentials to leadership: humility, clarity and courage. Fuchan Yuan

    • Lead by Example

Be an example of what you want to see more of in your life, in your work and in this world.

Leadership is not magnetic personality, that can just as well be a glib tongue. It is not “making friends and influencing people”, that is flattery. Leadership is lifting a person’s vision to higher sights, the raising of a person’s performance to a higher standard, the building of a personality beyond its normal limitations. Peter F. Drucker

    • Focus on the Present and Have Vision of Your Future

The person in front of you is the most important person in your life, Really?  Yes!

A leader’s role is to raise people’s aspirations for what they can become and to release their energies so they will try to get there.  David Gergen

    • Be Gracious and Respectful

Great Leaders Know that Intention is everything…so is hard work.

What is success? I think it is a mixture of having a flair for the thing that you are doing; knowing that it is not enough, that you have got to have hard work and a certain sense of purpose.  Margaret Thatcher

    • Challenge the Status Quo

What does it really take to challenge the status quo, not much!  Why, that’s simple…it’s nearly a vacant paradise.

Everyone that has ever done anything significant first found themselves in the place where the status quo no longer was enough. TemitOpe Ibrahim

    • Strive for Excellence

Raise The Bar…The Further You Go, The More You See You Can Go…

Excellence is the Result of Caring more than others think is Wise, Risking more than others think is Safe, Dreaming more than others think is Practical, and Expecting more than others think is Possible. Ronnie Oldham
